“Spiritual Jazz 4 – Americans In Europe”

Jazzman Records (who always live up to their “We Dig Deeper” motto) have released a great new collection “Spiritual Jazz 4: Americans In Europe” which showcases the music of American jazz musicians who left their home country for Europe (often for a short time, but also sometimes for good) in hopes of finding better living and working conditions.  The music is an exciting look into a creative and socially accepting environment that many jazz musicians felt they were not getting at home.  Check out the wild Humus by the legendary Don Cherry & the renowned Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki below and then grab the collection in a bunch of formats from Jazzman here.
